Tammy Jo Perez, age 41 of Horseheads NY passed away very unexpectedly on May 14, 2022. Tammy is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Ennis (George Walter) of Horseheads NY; father Abrian Perez of Trumansburg NY; brother, Jeremiah Perez of Horseheads NY; her twin sister Tina Marie Perez (Jose Buezo) of Sayre PA; niece, Elicia Faucett; nephews, Angelo Perez-Buezo and Devon Mahaney; three great nephews, Cooper, Greyson and Asher Liddle; her chihuahua Taco and her boyfriend that she loved whole heartedly Jeff Riker Jr, along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Tammy was an amazing woman who loved to play bingo, keep busy and spend time with family. She worked many years in food service and had an amazing personality. She could make conversation with anyone.

Tammy’s Celebration of Life will be on Saturday May 21, 2022 at the Horseheads American Legion Post 442, 71 Old Ithaca Rd., Horseheads, NY from 4PM-8PM. Friends and family are invited to come remember Tammy with us.
