<p>Barkley, John Melvyn, &nbsp;The&nbsp;family of John Melvyn Barkley, recently of Tracy, NB, wishes to announce his peaceful &nbsp;passing on May 15, &nbsp;2022.&nbsp; John was born in Hamilton, Ontario on April 26, 1953, to the late Evelyn (Grieves) and Melvyn Barkley.&nbsp; He was the loving husband of Catherine Barkley for over 50 years.&nbsp;</p> <p>Along with his wife, Catherine, John is survived by his daughter Danielle (Mike) Morrison of Tracy, NB, his son James (Jessica) Barkley of Ontario, and his two grandson, Owen and Johnathan, who were his pride and joy!&nbsp;</p> <p>John loved the outdoors, fishing, boating and most of all his Harley Davidson.</p> <p>Donations would be appreciated by the family to Hospice House Fredericton, as the family cannot express how thankful they are that John was able to spend his last couple of days in their compassionate care.</p> <p>Respecting John&rsquo;s wishes, the family will have a private get together to Celebrate his Life.</p> <p>Arrangements are in the Professional Care of&nbsp;Sunbury Funeral&nbsp;Home, Central Blissville, NB (368-2413). I remember John as a kid living in Markham and always wondered what happened to the family.My parents June & Terry were friends with John's parents and my brother Wayne were friends. Condolences to the family. RIP John.
