Memorial services for Patricia J. Schnaidt, 84, of Aberdeen, SD, will be 11:00am, Friday, May 20, 2022 at Spitzer-Miller Funeral Home, with Pastor Leland Armbright officiating. Patricia died May 12, 2022, at Prairie Heights Healthcare in Aberdeen. Patricia Jean Wenger was born to Howard and Florence Wenger on August 7, 1937, in Wisconsin. She moved to Seattle, WA, and worked some as a waitress. She moved to South Dakota for three years, then back to Seattle. In 2000, Patricia moved to Aberdeen, South Dakota. Patricia was a good singer and enjoyed country western music. She liked gardening, sewing, and cooking. She was the “ultimate” homemaker. She did enjoy her cup of hot tea. Grateful for having shared Patricia’s life are her husband Albert Schnaidt, Sr.; children Mike Torkelson, Chris Torkelson, Albert ‘AJ’ Schnaidt, Jr., Darla (Rich) Clark, Jason Schnaidt, Jackie Ankeny and Tami Johnson; grandchildren Logan, Charlie, Tyler, Jordan, Devin, Terence, Whitney, Christina and Hannah; her sisters: Pam & Tim Haar and Linda Ferris; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding Patricia in death are her parents Howard & Florence Wenger; brothers Larry Wenger and Archie Wenger; son Jerome ‘BJ’ Torkelson, II; brother-in-law Chuck Ferris.
