Paula Kay Harney

Paula Kay Harney born September 6, 1952, in Boise, Idaho earned her wings on Sunday May 15, 2022, at her home in Middleton, ID. Paula had a huge heart and loved everyone especially her grandchildren. She had a contagious laugh and always had a smile on her face. Her laugh will be missed. Paula sang in a band the “Newtown Renegades” from Duck Valley Indian Reservation in the late 70’s until the passing of her husband Rudell in 1998. She loved to sing and listen to music with family and friends. Paula was a bus driver for the Duck Valley Indian Reservation for many years. After moving back to Boise from the reservation she had multiple jobs the last being Gem Stop for the last 17 years which she enjoyed doing. She will be missed by her work family and her customers. Paula is survived by her children a daughter Rudeana Harney (Milo), a son Rudell Harney Jr (Kami), her fur babies a chihuahua named Nala, 2 cats Prinny and Littles. Grandchildren Serenitee, Joslinn, Jaydrian, Samiyah, DeMontre, many others who called her Grandma Paula, sisters, brothers, nieces, and nephews. Paula is proceeded in death by her parents George and Lavona Grasmick, brother Robert Grasmick, son Scott Harney, and last but not least the love of her life, her husband Rudell Harney Sr. You two are finally reunited continue singing and dancing in heaven! Grandma Paula, we will miss you and can’t wait until we meet again! We love you!
