Harold Dean Bohannon
<p>Harold Dean Bohannon, age 71, of Athens, died unexpectedly on Friday, May 13, 2022, at his home.</p> <p>He was a native and lifelong resident of Athens and was a son of the late Philemon “Phil” and Wanda Campbell Bohannon. Harold was preceded in death by his loving wife of 38 years, Lynda Ruth Scoggins Bohannon</p> <p>Harold was a 3rd generation farmer, having worked the family farm which originated with his grandfather. He truly enjoyed cattle and working on the farm. He also was a veteran of the US Army.</p> <p>He is survived by his sons:</p> <p> William Bohannon of Louisville</p> <p> Ben Bohannon and wife, Kim of Niota</p> <p>Four grandchildren:</p> <p> Raini Bohannon, Zayne Bohannon, Ryan Bohannon and Cayman Bohannon</p> <p>One brother: Gary Bohannon of Athens</p> <p>Graveside services will be 3:00 pm Wednesday, May 18,2022, at the Bohannon family cemetery located on the family farm.</p> <p>If you are unable to attend the graveside service, please sign the online registry at: www.zieglerfuneralhome.com</p> <p>Ziegler Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Harold Dean Bohannon.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>Obituary

Graveside services will be 3:00 pm Wednesday, May 18,2022, at the Bohannon family cemetery located on the family farm.
