<p>Joseph R. Leone, 95, Windber Woods, passed away May 14, 2022. Born September 18, 1926 in Hooversville. Preceded in death by his parents Patsy and Emma (Di Francesco) Leone, wife Helen (Kaminsky) Leone, daughters Dr. Linda Leone, Jo Ann Osbeck and sister Nancy Dimarco. Survived by son Patsy T. Leone; grandsons Jason (Adrianne), Steward (Brianne), Jeffrey (Johnna) and six great grandchildren; sisters Jean Salem, Eileen Grandas, brother-in-law Emil DiMarco and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his significant other Carolyn Trefts and her daughters Holly Trefts and Heidi Seltzer. Member of Beulah United Methodist Church, where he served over the years on many committees. He was an avid golfer. He and several of his friends spent a week in February either in Myrtle Beach, SC or Hollywood, FL playing golf. His title at times could have been Mr. Fixit. He could fix just about anything. He made outdoor holiday signs, beautiful Pysanky eggs, and jewelry. He was employed in several managerial positions at Hallman Chevrolet, Watkins Chevrolet and Leitenberger Chevrolet. His family would like to give a heartfelt thanks to Windber Woods, especially 2nd floor Spruce Wing for the care and caring they gave Joe. They would also like to thank 365 Hospice for they care they gave him the last few short weeks. Friends will be received Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until time of funeral service at 11:00 at Henderson Funeral Home, East Hills, 2503 Bedford Street. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Cambria County Humane Society or Beulah United Methodist Church.</p>
