Marilyn H. Dorminey, 81, of Eclectic, passed away May 13, 2022. She was born May 22, 1940 in Ohio.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Thelma Holton and sister, Delores Holton. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Fermon Dorminey; children, Vicki Peek and Mike Dorminey (Amy); siblings, Bobby Holton and Charlotte Sewell; grandchildren, Kelly Parra (Kevin), Brandon Thornell (Becky), Josh Dorminey (Lauren) and Austin Dorminey (Callie); and eight great grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 10 am with funeral service to follow at 11 am at First Baptist Church Eclectic on Monday, May 16, 2022. Rev. Britt Green will be officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.

She was a member of First Baptist Church Eclectic. She was an avid reader and enjoyed doing word search puzzles and donating to disabled veterans. Her sweet spirit as a caregiver, especially to babies, will be a lasting tribute to many families.
