Rich, Irma “Louise”- of Clio, Michigan formally Robinson, Illinois, surrounded by her loving family, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 14, 2022. Funeral service will be held at 1PM, on Tuesday May 17, 2022, at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors on Monday from 4PM until 8PM, and on Tuesday from 11AM until time of service. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital. Louise was born October 7,1927 in Robinson, Illinois, the daughter of Clarence and Ida Butcher. She was a member of the East Arbela Church of Christ in Millington. She graduated from the Indiana Business College in 1944. She was employed by the Flint Auto Auction for 34 years, retiring in 1999. She was also a volunteer at McLaren Hospital over 12 years. She loved to square dance, play card games, dominos and loved her Bunco group. She also loved to cook and bake and was infamous for her orange cake at church potlucks. She was looking forward to “feeding the angels” On January 21, 1946, she married Veris Rich (who preceded her in death) and to this union six children were born. Surviving are Deborah Kay (Denny) Robertson, of Clio, MI, Lonnie Keith Rich (fiancé Paula Horne) of Flushing, MI, Melody Lynn (John) Henry of Mt. Morris, MI, and Rodney Craig (Shelly) Rich of Indian Trail, North Carolina. Kevin Dale Rich and Karen Ann Rich passed away in infancy. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren and 14.2 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in passing by her husband of 71 years, Veris Rich, sisters and brothers-in-law Helen and Scott Irvin, Betty ang Hugh Pender, brother Bob Butcher and granddaughter Shawne Rich.
