It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Louis Joseph Mitchell of Marystown announces his passing. Louis passed away at the his home in Marystown on Thursday, May 12th, 2022, at the age of 56. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his sisters, Lavina Molloy (Peter) of Jean de Baie, and Linda Gover (Clayton) of Marystown; brothers, Charles Mitchell of Marystown, and Victor Mitchell (Alberta) of Marystown; special nephew, Craig Mitchell of St. John's; brothers-in-law, Loyola (Rusty) Clowe of Marystown, and William Power of Marystown; plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Louis was predeceased by his parents, Louis Sr. & Frances Mitchell; sisters, Georgina (Tom) Kilfoy, Mildred (James) Williams, Margaret Clowe, and Jacqueline Power.

The Mitchell Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman's Funeral Home, Marystown on Saturday, May 14th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm; and Sunday, May 15th from 10am-12pm, 2-4pm and 7-9pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Marystown on Monday, May 16th, 2022 at 10:30 am. Cremation to follow.

Inurnment to take place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery in Marystown on Thursday, May 19th, 2022 at 10am.

In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the The Louis Mitchell
