(Wiedrich) Sailer, 91, of Stanton, ND went to her heavenly home on May 12, 2022 at Knife River Care Center, Beulah. Services will be held at 10:00 AM CDT on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Stanton with Pastor Dennis Ristvedt officiating. Burial will follow at Our Savior Lutheran Cemetery, Stanton.</p> <p>Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM CDT on Tuesday, May 17 at Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah.</p> <p>Frieda was born to Peter and Marie (Drath) Wiedrich on May 30, 1930 on the family farm north of Hazen. On September 10, 1950 Frieda married Wilmar Sailer in Stanton. To this union five children were born: Carlyle, Keith, Alana, Verdean and Darcy.</p> <p>Frieda was a stay at home mother until her children were in school. She went on to work at Stanton Super Valu and was employed there until she was 75. She was an active member at Our Savior Lutheran Church and with the American Legion Auxiliary for 50 years.</p> <p>Wilmar passed away in 2020 and Frieda continued to live in her home until March 2022, when she entered Knife River Care Center.</p> <p>Frieda enjoyed dancing, camping, gardening, canning, quilting, word finds, puzzles, sitting in her gazebo, and family gatherings, especially hosting Christmas Day at her home.</p> <p>She is survived by her children, Carlyle (Jane) of Hazen, Keith of Reno, NV, Alana (Terry) DeHaven, VerDean and Darcy (Shelly), all of Stanton; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Roland (Dorine) of Mandan; and numerous nieces and nephews.</p> <p>Frieda was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wilmar; her brothers, Wilmer, Norman and Eddy; and her sister, Irene Miller.</p> <p>In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to SMC Hospice, Hazen or Our Savior Lutheran Church, Stanton.</p><p>Arrangements are conducted by Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah and Hazen.</p>May 30, 1930 - May 12, 202205/30/193005/12/2022
