<p><br /> Sherry L. Getgen, 61, of Jersey Shore, passed away Friday, May 6, 2022 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.<br /> Born Nov. 6, 1960 in Jersey Shore, she was a daughter to the late Thomas T. Reiber and the former Marlene H. Lehman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas R. Reiber Jr., and a sister, Jeanne I. Reiber.<br /> Sherry was a graduate of Jersey Shore High School and the Pennsylvania College of Technology. Earlier in her life she worked at Woolrich for 21 years and retired from Croda.<br /> She is survived by her husband, Richard E. Getgen; two sons, Jason M. Getgen of Rauchtown and Ryan W. Getgen of Jersey Shore; 2 grandchildren; and a sister, Terry L. (William) Kurtz of Loganton.<br /> A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, May 23, 2022 at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore. Friends and family may call from 5 p.m. Monday, May 23, until the time of service at Welker Funeral Home.
