Patricia Faye Hawk

Patricia Faye (Bickerstaff) Hawk, age 84 of Irwin died on May 10, 2022 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. She was born July 29, 1937 in Irwin, a daughter of the late Faye Carmack and Clarence Bickerstaff. Graduated Irwin High School 1956. She worked briefly at the Pittsburgh Reflector in Irwin and later at the Rodger’s Funeral Home. She had married Phil Hawk in July 1965. She has two sons Philip and James Hawk. Preceded in death by her parents; and by her husband Phil Hawk (2019), and her son Philip (2016) and a brother Paul Bickerstaff (2017). She was a member of the North Irwin Junior Woman’s Club. Member of the Irwin 1st United Methodist Church and had been an active member of the choir with her mother and sister Connie Bickerstaff. Survived by son James Hawk, brothers Wayne (Marjorie), Dale (Cecelia) and sister Connie Bickerstaff. Nephew’s Stephen, Edgar, Dean and nieces, Michelle, April and Linda Bickerstaff. Friends will be received at the Ott Funeral Home, 805 Pennsylvania Avenue, Irwin, Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 12:30pm at the Ott Funeral Home Inc.
