It is with sad hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Genevieve ‘Jenny’ Oliver (nee Colbert) at the Carbonear General Hospital on May 6, 2022, age 70 years. <br><br>Predeceased by her parents: Vincent and Alice Colbert of Job’s Cove; brothers: Raymond, Pius, and Tom; sisters: Theresa, Kay, and Mary. <br><br>Leaving to mourn, her beloved husband: Lawrence; daughter: Rana Reynolds (Ryan), Port Elgin, Ontario; son: Cory Reynolds, Kitchener, Ontario; step-children: Shirley (Don), Johnny (Maureen), Tammy (Dale), and Michael; grandchildren: Daniel, Brooke, Jessica, Kristen, Rebecca, Stephen, Melanie, Erin, Tori, Lydia, and Jacob; a number of great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren; sisters: Pauline (Neddy), Eileen, and Debbie; as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. <br><br>Cremation has taken place. <br><br>Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, May 18 at 1:00 p.m. from Noel’s Memorial Chapel, Western Bay. <br><br>In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Jenny Oliver Memorial Fund c/o Noel’s Funeral Home, 106 Water Street, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1A9.<br><br>Obituary
