Maynard Lamack

Maynard Lamack, son of John and Edith (Ramsey) Lamack, was born on March 31, 1931 in Estherville, Iowa. He passed away on May 4, 2022 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.<br><br>Maynard attended Petersburg School until 8th grade and later obtained his GED.<br><br>Maynard was united in marriage to Ina Tuttle on July 21, 1948. He farmed in the Estherville area for many years. He also worked at John Morrell's. Maynard enjoyed bowling, dancing, softball, rollerskating, and playing cards and having coffee with the morning group. While Ina was in the nursing home, Maynard visited her everyday of the week at least three times a day. <br><br>Left to cherish Maynard's memory are his beloved wife of 72 years, Ina of Estherville; his children, Larry (Judy) Lamack of Estherville; Brian (Wanda) Lamack of Estherville; Lisa Murray of Boone, Iowa; Julia Vargas of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.<br><br>He has been preceded in death by his son, Doug Lamack; parents, infant sister, and siblings, Donald Lamack, Larnold Lamack and Loyce (James) Braland.

Maynard Lamack, son of John and Edith (Ramsey) Lamack, was born on March 31, 1931 in Estherville, Iowa. He passed away on May 4, 2022 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Maynard attended Petersburg School until 8th grade and later obtained his GED.
