Barbara J. Hehl, 89, affectionately known as Phoebe to her family and friends went to her heavenly home on Thursday April 28th, 2022.  She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Jacob Hehl.  Her daughter Winnie and son–in-law Adam, her beloved grandsons Jacob and Sam Tillinghast, her sister Gerry Eldridge, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  She is predeceased by her two daughters Jacqueline and Margaret Hehl who died of cystic fibrosis in 1981.

 Her strong faith in Jesus Christ was the foundation of how she lived her life and the legacy that she leaves to all who knew her.  She had a beautiful smile, a kind loving spirit and found joy in helping others. 

There will be a graveside service at 11:00am on Friday, May 6th, 2022 at the Grant Hill Cemetery, Center Ossipee, NH. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of my mother and sisters to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 20 Trafalgar Square, Suite 447, Nashua, NH  03063.
