His good friends knew Jeff as JV. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:lucida sans unicode,lucida grande,sans-serif;">Jeff loved having a good time and was always smiling and cracking jokes. Jeff loved to cook and BBQ on the grill. Jeff was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors in general. Jeff is survived by his mother Lillian Baez, and predeceased by his father, Orlando Vargas. Jeff was the beloved father of Jeffrey Kelly. Amanda and Anthony Vargas. Beloved brother to Orlando, Tonisha, Peter and Andrew. The beloved uncle to Billy, Bianca, Destin. Jessica, Andrew, Makayla, Layla, Peter, and Matthew. Devoted Grandfather to Angelique, Emma, and Tadgh; also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.</span></span></p>June 9, 1969 - April 27, 202206/09/196904/27/2022
