Dalton James Kirkhart, 24, died Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at his home in Charleston.
Born July 29, 1997, in Columbia, he was a son of Teal L. Kirkhart and Cathleen Hoshour Kirkhart.
Survivors include his parents of Sumter; his girlfriend, Brice Flowers; siblings, Ashley Russell of Memphis, TN, Calahan Kirkhart of Warner-Robbins, GA, Kia Hatton of Germany, Hayden Kirkhart, Samantha Kirkhart, Avery Kirkhart, and Gabriel Kirkhart all of Sumter; maternal grandparents, Jim and Carol Hoshour of Sumter; and paternal grandfather, Thomas Annis Kirkhart of Bullhead, AZ.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Patsy Alexander.
A memorial gathering will be held from 6 to 9 P.M. Saturday at the home of his parents, 926 Wisteria Way.
