James Hague

Mr. James Guay Hague, age 72 of Christine Circle, Toccoa passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at his residence. A son of the late Ralph George Hague and Jeanette Seminole Hague, he was born May 30, 1949 in Worchester, Massachusetts, having lived in Tennessee for a while before moving to Toccoa in 1993. He was a member of Hill Street Baptist Church. He enjoyed making pottery and macramé purses, hanging baskets and key chains. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife of the home, Brenda Lee VanHoose Hague; son and daughter-in-law, Adam James Hague and Heather Marie Hague of Gainesville, Georgia; grandchildren, Hailee Griffin, Jayla Hague, Dallas Hague, Adam James Hague, Jr. and Landon Keaton Hague; cousins, Marie, Paul and Jimmy Seminole; good friends, Dave Ragan, Kerry Reed, Joe Booth and Bonnie Key. Memorial services will be Sunday, May 1, 2022, 3 o’clock p.m. at Hill Street Baptist Church with The Reverend Paul Garrison and The Reverend Butch Franklin officiating. Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. James Guay Hague.
