Adam Wade Judy, 45, of Idaho Falls, passed away April 20, 2022, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. 

Adam was born May 3, 1976, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Richard Aaron Judy and Lynda Lowe Judy. He grew up and attended schools in Ammon and graduated from Hillcrest High School. He was highly involved in 4-H when he was growing up, and was highly involved with his kids and their 4-H projects.

On April 12, 1997, he married Lacey Dawn Baker in Ammon, Idaho. On December 17, 2003, he was sealed to Lacey, his high-school sweetheart. Adam and Lacey made their home in Idaho Falls where Adam worked as a rancher on the family farm. Together, they had four children: Bradley (18), Natalee (16), Blake (13), and Nilea (9).

He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in the Sunday School Presidency.  He was the Acting President of the Cattlemen’s Association. He loved his family and being in the outdoors.  He enjoyed fishing and being at the family property in Bone.

Adam is survived by his loving wife, Lacey Judy of Idaho Falls, ID;
children, Bradley Adam Judy, Natalee Dawn Judy, Blake Wade Judy, and Nilea Dawn Judy, all of Idaho Falls; mother, Lynda Judy of Ammon, ID; sister, Marie (James) Olsen of Ammon, ID; brother, Aaron (Rebecca) Judy of Ammon, ID; brother, Alan (Chyllia) Judy of Ammon, ID; sister, Morgan (Michael) Stanger of Ammon, ID; brother, Adrian Judy of Idaho Falls, ID; and parents-in-law, Michael and Vesta Baker.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Judy; grandparents, Ira and Dorothy Judy and Daniel and Loveda Lowe.

Adam was loved by many and will be greatly missed. He was a role model for many people. Many people looked up to him.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at the Coltman Ward, 12448 North 5th East, with Bishop Jay Schwieder officiating. The family will visit with friends Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road, and Tuesday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
