Evelyn M. Martin, age 84, of Greer, Ohio passed away Saturday, April 16th, 2022 at her home following a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family. "She was there for their first breath and they were there for her last."
A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date. A gathering of family and friends will take place from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Friday, April 22nd at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio.

Evelyn was born August 11th, 1937 to the late Howard and Ethel Smith.  She worked many years for Flxible Manufacturing Company and also Gribble's IGA in Loudonville. Evelyn enjoyed crossword puzzles, gardening, spending time with her family and feeding the neighborhood cats.
She is survived by five children and one stepdaughter: Marilyn (Greg) McMillen, Janice Arman, Carolyn (Dave) Fisher, Mike Martin, Brenda Martin and Susan Braley (Conrad) Knoll; 10 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren. 
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Marvin Smith, Harold Smith, Doris Duncan (Smith), an infant brother, Harry Smith; and special friend, Golden Braley.
