He grew up in Ririe and played basketball from elementary school to high school. During Korey&rsquo;s junior and senior year, his basketball team was undefeated and went on to be District Champions.&nbsp;</p> <p>After he graduated from high school, he started his electrical career as a Master Electrician. Korey started his own company, Copper Electric, LLC, in 2016. His company was very successful, and he always had more work than he knew what to do with. Korey took great pride in his work.&nbsp;</p> <p>He was a member of The Ririe Baptist Church. Korey was blessed with a son, Kadyn Holland. He loved his son so much. The two of them went on many adventures. Korey was an excellent dad.</p> <p>Korey loved the outdoors. He had a great sense of humor and was one of a kind. Whenever he came around, he would brighten anyone&rsquo;s day. Korey was kind, the most unique, caring, and loving person. He definitely will leave a hole in our hearts. We all love you, Korey!</p> <p>Korey is survived by his loving son, Kadyn Holland of Idaho Falls, ID; parents, Lisa Holland and Kelly Holland of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Eric (Britney) Holland of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Melissa Holland of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, McKenzi Holland of Las Vegas, NV; and brother, Ryley Holland of Idaho Falls, ID; nephews, Braxton Holland, Jaxon Holland, and Hendrix Holland; and a niece, Taylor Holland.&nbsp;</p> <p>He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ervin and Dorothy Buswell; and grandpa, Bud Holland.&nbsp;</p> <p>Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2022, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S.&nbsp;Ammon Road. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.</p> <p>The funeral services will be broadcast live to this page.&nbsp;</p>

Korey Phillip Holland, 36, of Rigby, passed away April 18, 2022, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
