Leonard W. Gerber, 83, of Killbuck, died Saturday, April 16, 2022 at home, right where he wanted to be.  

 

At his request, there will be no services.

Leonard was born May 1, 1938 in New Castle, PA to Mervin and Laura (Troyer) Gerber.

 

He married Elizabeth Mason on November 19, 1956. She survives.

 

He had a happy and full life, and had lived in Killbuck for the last 44 years. He loved God, his wife of 65 years Elizabeth, daughter Carla and son-in-law Dave, grandchildren: Wyatt, Clay, and Sarah Lance, and his special cat, Rascal (and too many horses to name!). In addition to immediate family, he is survived by a sister June Gerber of Orrville, and a brother Garry (Virginia) Gerber of Dalton.

 

Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, son Mike, nieces April Gerber and Rachel Nofsinger, brothers Myron and Thurman Gerber, and sisters Pearl Gerber, and Elsie Conrad.
