So sorry to hear of Herb's passing. We worked on state survey crew for a time. He gave a pint of blood for one of my kin. Last heard from him at Christmas. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. Dutty Dutrow

Herb was a good man and a hard worker. Many years ago I (Sandi) would come into my work place in Accident for a quick meal. He was so kind and funny at times. So sorry for your loss.
