<p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp; &nbsp;<strong><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Carol Gail Galanga, age 84, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022 in New Dawn Healthcare Center, Dover. Born February 19, 1938, in Jefferson County, she was the daughter of the late Raymond George Beach and Elizabeth Booth Beach.&nbsp; A Cadiz High School graduate,&nbsp;&nbsp;Carol worked as a bookkeeper at the Canton Courthouse and then as a nurses aide prior to starting her family.&nbsp;&nbsp;She had also been&nbsp;a co-owner of a Christian book store in Middlefield, Ohio. A devoted Christian, Carol&nbsp;was a member of the Holmes United Methodist Church near New Philadelphia where she was the pianist for over 25 years.&nbsp;</span></span></strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">&nbsp; &nbsp;Carol was preceded in death by her first husband Kenneth Carter in 1968, her second husband John Galanga in 2009 and a brother Darl Beach.</span></span></strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">&nbsp; &nbsp;Surviving are her sons Tom (April) Carter of Alabama, Tim Carter of Leavittsburg, Ohio, Jim Carter of New Philadelphia, Ken Carter of Killbuck and Bob Carter of New Philadelphia, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.</span></span></strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">&nbsp; &nbsp;A memorial service celebrating her life is being planned for a later date.    Carol Gail Galanga, age 84, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022 in New Dawn Healthcare Center, Dover.
