Mary L. Riascos, 75, transitioned from this life on April 14, 2022. She was born on March 19, 1947, in Bayminette, Alabama to the late Claude and Cora Ivory.

Mary was educated in the Bayminette Public Schools system. She later went on to work as a home health care nurse for 25 years. In her spare time, you could find Mary baking, reading, fishing, or doing crossword puzzles.

She was predeceased in death by her parents Claude and Cora Ivory, daughter Denise Johnson, sister Annie Jarrett, sister Priscilla Foreman, brother Joel Ivory, brother Michael Ivory, and grandson Stormy Chase.

She leaves to cherish her memories her children Gwendolyn Obie (Malcolm), Michael Hooks, Phyllis White (Tyrone), Henry Hooks, Brenden Hooks (Tasha); twenty grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, Renley, Eliana, Rian, Olivia; siblings, Claudia Chandler, Donna Hewlett (Steven), Joe Ivory, Sharen Ivory, and a host of relatives and friends.
