<p><br /> Maxine Flinner, age 93, of Berlin, Ohio passed away Tuesday, April 12th, 2022 at Majora Lane Care Center, Millersburg, Ohio.<br /> Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 15th at the Millersburg Baptist Church, 685 South Washington St, Millersburg, OH with Pastor Jim Jamison officiating. Friends may call 2 hours prior to the service on Friday at the church. Those wishing to share a memory or make online condolences may do so by visiting&nbsp;www.alexanderfhinc.com.<br /> Maxine was born February 4th, 1929 in Berlin, Ohio and was the daughter of Ralph A. and Emma (Schrock) Miller. She married Wayne Flinner August 14, 1983 and he preceded her in death.<br /> Maxine retired after working 33 years at Holmes Lumber and Building Center. She also worked several years at the Dutch Cupboard. Maxine was a member of the Millersburg Baptist Church. She loved to travel, enjoyed reading her Bible, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family.<br /> She is survived by daughter, Denise (Ron) Birt; sister, Lorene Maxwell; brother-in-law, Sam Troyer; grandchildren, Amber (Julio) Guerra, Jared (Brenda) Norris, Lisa Bailey and Casey Bergen; 14 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; stepchildren, Dick (Kim) Flinner, Randy (Jane) Flinner and Barry (Becki) Flinner, and their families, numerous nieces, nephews, and her church family.<br /> She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wayne Flinner; brother, Oscar Miller; sister, Karen Troyer; son, Roland Bergen; son, Ronald Bergen; sister-in-law, Betty Jeschke; and brother-in-law, Carl Maxwell.<br /> Maxine was a gracious, devoted, and loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. Her family and friends were always her priority, as was her heart for God.<br /> &quot;Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.&quot; Philippians 4:6<br /> The family wishes to express a heartfelt Thank You to Majora Lane Nursing Home and to Crossroads Hospice for the love, care and support that was given to Maxine during her stay.<br /> &nbsp;</p>

Maxine was born February 4th, 1929 in Berlin, Ohio and was the daughter of Ralph A. and Emma (Schrock) Miller. She married Wayne Flinner August 14, 1983 and he preceded her in death.
Maxine retired after working 33 years at Holmes Lumber and Building Center. She also worked several years at the Dutch Cupboard. Maxine was a member of the Millersburg Baptist Church. She loved to travel, enjoyed reading her Bible, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family.
