<p><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">JAMIESON, Sheilah Eileen</span></strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;">Sheilah Eileen Jamieson passed away in peace, surrounded by her family, at Markham Stouffville Hospital on March 30, 2022. She was 86 years old. Sheilah (Campbell) was the greatly-loved wife of John Jamieson of Markham; beloved mother of Kelly, Paul, and Michael; adoring grandmother of Trace, Jake, Jack, Will, Brandon, Natalie, Zoe, and Samantha; and loving mother-in-law of Nancy and Lauren. &quot;Aunt Sheilah&quot; will be remembered with love by the many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, to whom she was so devoted. Sheilah was the sister of Shirley Moore (Jim) of Nipissing and Kelly Campbell (the late Iona &ldquo;Toots&rdquo;) of Sudbury. Sheilah was predeceased by her sister Joyce (David), and her brothers Sherman (Lucille), Clayton (Betty, surviving), Dougald (Sonya), Hugh (Carol, surviving), and Ross (Heather, surviving.)&nbsp;Sheilah trained and worked as a teacher in her early life, but left teaching shortly after becoming a mother. She was instrumental in founding the Markham chapter of the Heart and Stroke Foundation, and volunteered with the Foundation as an educator and fundraiser for many years. Sheilah lived her life in service to others, and she expressed her fierce, protective love for all children through countless acts of charity, including the founding of Grace House in Powassan in memory of her mother, Grace Campbell. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Sheilah&#39;s life will be held on Saturday, May 7 at 2 p.m. at Powassan United Church and will be live-streamed at&nbsp;paulfuneralhome.ca (see link below).
