Linda Davis, 78, of Tom, OK, passed from this life, Saturday, April 2, 2022 at the McCurtain Memorial Hospital, Idabel, OK. Linda was born Tuesday, August 31, 1943, in Idabel, OK, to Alex Chadwick and Neva Chadwick.

Linda was a member of the Tom Baptist Church. Her family and grandchildren were the most important to her. She loved hearing about her grandchildren's basketball stories. Linda enjoyed landscaping her yard with her lovely flowers. She liked listening to the old-style classic country music. Linda was proud of working for the Tom Community Center and being able to obtain different grants in order to help the center.

Linda married the love of her life, Calvin Harold Davis, in Tom, OK and had spent a wonderful 43 years together until his passing in 2013.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Davis; parents, Alex and Neva Chadwick; daughter, Gwen Burg; brothers, Robert, Tommy and Billy Joe Chadwick; and sisters, Mildred Crawford and Doris Fishback.

Linda is survived by her son, Gary and wife, Sandy, Davis, of Tom; sister, Patsy Smith; grandchildren, Jason Davis, Justin Davis, and Casey Corley; great--grandchildren, Grace Davis, Lindi Corley, Lana Corley, and Beau Corley; along with several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Bowser Family Funeral Home in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
