His Legacy…Frank Joseph Berendt, 89, passed away March 29, 2022.  He was born on January 8, 1933, in Detroit, Michigan to Joseph Berendt and Anna (Richards) Berendt. Frank married the love of his life, Eloise Leos, on August 6, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan. Frank proudly served his country in the Army and spent time overseas in Korea. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed being outdoors. Frank was a member of the VFW in Hamburg. Frank liked to stay busy and in retirement he spent his time at the senior center playing cards with friends. Frank will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.  

His Family… Frank will be missed by; his daughter, Connie(Les)Bolton; sister, Rosemarie; grandchildren, Billy, Jim, Christina; great-granddaughter, Mackenzie. He is preceded in death by his wife, Eloise Berendt; parents, Joseph and Anna Berendt; son, Frank Berendt Jr., and grandsons, Nicholas and Jacob.  

His Farewell… Frank’s family and friends will gather on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, from 11:00AM-12:00PM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Pinckney, Michigan.  His Funeral service will follow at 12:00PM.
