<p>Sister Melanie Sharon Fleming Rutland was born January 26, 1961 to the parents of the late Leo and Gussie Fleming in Sandersville, GA. They later moved to Macon, GA.<br /> <br /> Melanie was a 1979 graduate of Southwest High School in Macon, GA.<br /> <br /> Melanie was united in marriage to Mr. John T. Rutland Jr. in 1983 and from this union she gave birth to twins, John T. Rutland III and Ariana Anastasia Rutland.T Melanie dedicated her life to Jehovah God on October 13, 1984 and remained faithful until her death. She loved being in the ministry and helping people learn about Jehovah and His promise of a resurrection.<br /> <br /> Melanie retired from Georgia Farm Bureau after nearly 28 years of service.<br /> <br /> Melanie was a domestic person. She loved cooking, baking and sewing and shared her joy of cooking with family and friends. Her Honeybun cake was loved by all.<br /> <br /> Melanie was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Gussie Fleming; one brother, Reginald Fleming; one nephew, Tiemeyer Fleming; one daughter, Neetessia Tashay Rutland and one son, Justin Tranon Rutland.<br /> <br /> Melanie leaves to cherish her memories her husband, John T. Rutland Jr.; son, John T. Rutland III; daughter, Ariana Anastasia Rutland; one granddaughter who she loved dearly Jordyn Trinity (Sweetie) Rutland; brothers, Leo (Marjorie) Fleming, Jr., Frederick (Erica) Fleming and Eugene Fleming all of Macon, GA and James David Fleming of Braselton, GA; mother-in-law, Sarah Rutland; two sister-in-laws, Debra (Walter) Hill and Rose Fryer; two brother-in-laws, Earl (Marva) Blackmon Sr. and Michael Gray; eighteen nieces and nephews; sixteen great nieces and nephews; three great-great nephews; a &nbsp;host of other relatives and an abundance of friends.</p>

Sister Melanie Sharon Fleming Rutland was born January 26, 1961 to the parents of the late Leo and Gussie Fleming in Sandersville, GA. They later moved to Macon, GA.
