Nelda Ann Rich

Ringling - Memorial Services for Mrs. Nelda Ann (Mays) Rich, 69, formerly of Ringling are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Alexander Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Ringling with Rev. Joe Mays officiating. Cremation services are under the care of Alexander Gray Crematory of Ringling.

Nelda Ann was born April 5, 1952 at Courtney Flatts, OK to the late Mr. Joseph Earnest Mays and Mrs. Hattie Bell (Arledge) Mays. She departed this life on Friday, March 25, 2022 at Ardmore.

Nelda Ann was raised at Mannsville, graduating high school at Dickson. She remained in that area until marrying Jack Rich on March 20, 1976. They made their home in Ringling where Ann worked at various occupations but primarily was a seamstress. Jack preceded her in death on Feb. 25, 2014. Nelda Ann always loved cleaning pecans, interior decorating, reading and just simply sitting on the porch.

Also preceding her in death are her parents; infant brother, Earnest, Jr. ; sisters, Jeanie Mays and Mary Sue Barnes; brothers, Kenneth, Odis, Doug, Donnie, Roger, Arthur, Dean, Darrell, Tommy and Gary; and great granddaughter, Paintney Skye Woods.

Survivors include her daughter, Chrystal Skanes and husband Terrance of Ardmore; son, Curtis Rich and wife Rachel of Mannsville; brother, Lonnie Mays of Ardmore; four grandchildren, five great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other family.

Honorary bearers are Billy Bob Barnes, Joby Barnes, Cody Barnes, Wilbie Barnes, Ernie Marshall and all of her nephews.
