<p>Kathy Ann Popplewell-Miller, 65, of Anderson passed away Thursday, March 24, 2022. She was born on November 25, 1956 in Muncie, IN, a daughter of the late Larry and Peggy Sue (Bratcher) Popplewell.</p> <p>Kathy loved animals and served as a veterinarian technician for 30 years. She loved fishing, gardening, canning and decorating and caring for her yard.</p> <p>Kathy is survived by her husband, Joseph Miller of Anderson; siblings, Mary (John) Robertson of Kansas City, MO, Glenda (Wayne) Parsley of Deltona, FL, Larry (significant other, Dena Ferguson) Popplewell of Anderson; step-sons, Joe (Angie) Miller of Anderson and Joshua Miller of Alexandria; several nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.</p> <p>In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Lynn Parsley-Popplewell and David Parsley.</p> <p>Services for Kathy will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Madison County Humane Society. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ballard and Sons Funeral Home in Middletown. Kathy Ann Popplewell-Miller, 65, of Anderson passed away Thursday, March 24, 2022. She was born on November 25, 1956 in Muncie, IN, a daughter of the late Larry and Peggy Sue (Bratcher) Popplewell.

Kathy loved animals and served as a veterinarian technician for 30 years. She loved fishing, gardening, canning and decorating and caring for her yard.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Joseph Miller of Anderson; siblings, Mary (John) Robertson of Kansas City, MO, Glenda (Wayne) Parsley of Deltona, FL, Larry (significant other, Dena Ferguson) Popplewell of Anderson; step-sons, Joe (Angie) Miller of Anderson and Joshua Miller of Alexandria; several nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.
