Orah Rogers, 77, entered into rest on Friday, December 11, 2015. Orah was born on July 17, 1938 in Texas to the late Thomas David and Ella Trotti. Through her music ministry, she faithfully served the Lord at Green Acres Baptist Church, helped with children's church, and played piano for many years at Elberta Healthcare and Peachbelt Nursing Home for Sunday services. A world traveler, Orah loved to travel, but her family and church family were her first love. Her loving husband, Euzay Rogers, Jr., her parents, sister, Faye Nell Stennett and brother, Allward Trotti preceded her in death. Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving children, Scott Rogers (Lynn) of Yadkinville, North Carolina, Gary Rogers (Durinda) of Warner Robins and Donna Garrett (John) of Festus, Missouri; grandchildren, Zoë, Sarah, Rebecca, Joshua, Mary, Faith and Nathanael; and sister, Nertha Huffman of Sweeney, Texas. Visitation will be Monday, December 14, 2015, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Dr. Johnny Ellison will officiate.
