Seth Allen Bright

Seth Allen Bright, 38, beloved son, brother, uncle, true love and friend was called home on March 20, 2022. Seth entered this world on June 3, 1983 in Clovis, NM to Gary and Gennifer Bright. He is survived by his parents, Gary and Gennifer Bright of Melrose. Sister and brother-in-law Nicole and Randy Lesly of Melrose. Brother and sister-in-law, Josh Bright and Holly Sorgen of Melrose. Grandmothers, Mary Lois Bright of Melrose and Dorothy Beevers of Forrest. His fiancé, Chelsy Luce of Clovis. His niece, "Swab", Lacy Lesly of Melrose. His favorite little buddy Case and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his Grandpa's "Papa" Grady Bright and "Papa" Ardis Beevers, and many more loved relatives.

Growing up Seth was very smart and excelled in school. He graduated Salutatorian of his class from Melrose High School in 2002. He was a very avid hunter and farmer. He spent his first time on a combine at just 3 days old and learned to drive one by age 7. He enjoyed harvest season and driving a truck. He also loved to spend time at the shooting bench with his favorite little marksman, Lacy. He loved to go home and watch Jeopardy with his brother at the end of a long day. He enjoyed driving his truck with his love, Chelsy by his side.

Pallbearers will be Lacy Lesly, Cody Coffey, Kip McCormick, Hunter Sorgen, Tate Sorgen, Brady Sorgen, Tyler Belcher, and Blaynn Montgomery. Honorary pallbearers, classmates and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 30th, 2022 at Steed-Todd Funeral Home from 4p.m. to 8p.m. Graveside services will be held on Thursday March 31st 2022 at Melrose Cemetery at 10 A.M.
