Evelyn I. Rowan, 80, of Belpre, OH died Saturday December 12, 2015 at The Willows. She was born Triadelphia, WV a daughter of the late Charles E. and Doris (Watson) Cartmill. She was a homemaker and attended Cornerstone Gospel Church. She grew up in Liberty Street Church of God, where her father served at the Pastor. She is survived by her husband of fifty-nine years Bob Rowan; two sons Robby Rowan (Meg) of Phoenix, AZ and Charlie Rowan (Kim) of Vienna; two granddaughters Emily and Jamie Rowan; two grandsons Adam and Jordan Rowan; and a sister Wanda Kuheen. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters Vera Porter and Barbara Riggs. Services will be Wednesday 1:00 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Rick Kapple officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
