<p>Phyllis Mae was born in Brainerd Hospital, May 16th, 1934, to James and Hazel Converse of Motley, MN.</p> <p>She enjoyed bowling and crocheting. All her grandchildren and great-grand children received a blanket she crocheted.</p> <p>She is survived by 4 children, Kenneth Mathewson (Lynn) New York Mills, MN; Janine Corey (Darrel) Dakota, MN; Scott Mathewson (Sally) Motley, MN; and Paul Mathewson Carthage, North Carolina. Also 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are 3 stepchildren Debra (Rick) Wilhelm Richland Hills, Texas; Mona (Bill) Moyer Vancouver, Washington; and Hugh Colvin (Karen) Glendale, California. Along with 5 grandchildren.</p> <p>She was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Mary Mathewson, her parents, James and Hazel Converse; her grandparents, and 4 husbands, Ralph Mathewson, Frank Stefanoc, Dale Dorsch and the love of her life, Bill Colvin.</p> <p>Memorial service will be held at a later date. She will be buried in the Motley Cemetery.</p> <p>Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Staples.</p>
