Peacefully at the Kings County Memorial Hospital on Sunday, March 13, 2022 the death occurred of Lorraine Marjorie Praught of Alberry Plains, age 84 years. <br><br>Beloved wife of Richard Praught. Loving mother of Darlene Creed, Scott Dunn (Jackie), Nancy MacRae (Stephen), Randy Dunn (Darlene) and Jeff Dunn (Jennifer). Cherished grandmother of 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Lorraine will be missed by her brother Gerard Murphy (Karen), sister-in-law Mary Murphy, Verna Dunn and Erma Pitre and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Neil and Matilda (Kearney) Murphy, her first husband Victor Dunn and infant sons Gerald and Gerard and brother Eugene Murphy.<br><br>Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford. Due to current restrictions, there will be (invitation only) visitation. Funeral service from St. Joachim’s Church, Vernon River on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place later in the parish cemetery. <br><br>Memorial donations may be made online to Kings County Memorial Hospital. <br><br>The funeral video will be available for viewing March 16, 2022 after 4 p.m.February 22, 1938 - March 13, 202202/22/193803/13/2022
