<p>John G. Turner, 52, of Newton Falls, Ohio, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022 at Mercy Health St. Joseph Health Care Center. He was born on April 10, 1969 in Ravenna, OH, the son of Robert and Barbara (Smith) Turner.</p> <p>He was a 1988 graduate of LaBrae High School.</p> <p>John was united with Melody Lorraine on October 1, 1994 in Newton Falls.</p> <p>He was in maintenance at the Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority.</p> <p>In his spare time he enjoyed darts, sports, but above all else spending time with his family.</p> <p>Cherished memories of John will be carried on by his mother Barbara of Braceville, OH, wife Melody, son Cody (Katie) Turner of Lorain, daughter Brooke Turner of Warren, OH, brothers Ron (Christi) Turner and Dave Turner, both of Newton Falls, OH, sisters Debbie (Clarence) Robinson of GA, Tammy (Steve) Wilford of Leavittsburg, OH, and Lori (Larry) Dean, grandchildren Cory, Cameron, John, Cody, Cali “Asia” and soon to arrive Delilah.</p> <p>Preceding John in death were his father Robert, brother Don, sisters Leah Shiflet and Bonnie Turner.</p> <p>Family and friends may call on Monday, March 14, from noon to 2 PM at the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls. Burial will follow a service in Newton Township Cemetery.</p>Obituary
