Funeral services for Mrs. Linda Sue Jordan, 65, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 23, 2022, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. in Monroe, LA, with Rev. Steve Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd., Monroe, LA. Mrs. Jordan was born December 2, 1956, in Levelland, TX and passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022. Mrs. Jordan was a member of Lea Joyner Memorial United Methodist Church. She married the love of her life, Clay Jordan, on October 9, 1976. If you knew anything about Linda, her family meant everything to her. Linda loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved being able to help and be of service to people and it brought her so much joy to do so. She had a beautiful soul and a warm loving heart. Mrs. Jordan was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Lena Reeves; and her sisters, Janett Thompson and Joyce Matthews. She is survived by her husband, Clay Jordan; her son, Andy Jordan and his wife Michelle; daughter, Shanda Jordan; grandchildren, Brooks, Barrett and Jameson Jordan; her special grand dog, Palmer; her siblings, Kathy Tubb and husband Joe, Sandy Hinson, Sue Ann Thompson and husband Rick, Andy Reeves and wife Sue; as well as many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Brooks Broussard, Clint Martin, Bobby Urban, Charles Jackson, Kent Perry, and Colby Brown. Honorary pallbearers will be Brooks Jordan, Barrett Jordan and Jameson Jordan.
