Jewell Karen Mack was born in Paterson, New Jersey on November 12, 1969 to Robert and Yvonnie Mack. Jewell's spirit will forever life with us. Jewell departed this life on Monday, May 9, 2016. She is survived by her daughter Shaniqua Mack, parents, Robert Sr. and Yvonnie Mack, brothers, Robert Mack Jr., and Timothy Mack (Yolanda) sisters, Gloria Forte (Charles), and Janet Mack, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, neighbors and friends.
