Frank Montalto, an Italian immigrant who lived and raised his family in Brooklyn, NY died on February 7th, 2022 at the age of 84. He is survived by his wife Vincenza and his three sons, Marco, Frank and his wife Diane, Robert and his wife Debbie, along with his three grandchildren Nicolas, Brianna and Drew.<br/><br/>Frank was born in Vizzini, Sicily on February 1st, 1938, immigrated with his parents to the United States in 1955. He worked in the garment industry for 50 years. In 1961 he married Vincenza DeRose and they were married for 60 loving years.<br/><br/>He was a devoted father, husband, grandfather, uncle, friend. He spent his summers at his family home in Greenwood Lake, NY, tending to his garden and going out on his boat and jetski. He was an avid hunter, and enjoyed being in nature, dancing and listening to music, and cooking for his family and friends. He was a reliable, humble and kind man. Everyone who came across Frank was graciously touched by his loving light. He will be deeply missed.<br/><br/>
