MARY L. KIESEWETTER 

Mary L. Kieswetter, 93, of Piqua, passed away at 1:35 p.m. Monday, January 24, 2022 at Brookdale of Piqua. She was born December 3, 1928 in Piqua to the late Robert F. and Nannie Marie (Knouff) Levering. She married Louis E. Kiesewetter July 25, 1953 in Covington, a marriage that would span over 68 years, and he survives. 

Other survivors include two daughters, Debra (Robert) Blackburn of West Milton, Rebecca (Thomas) Mullen of Piqua; a son, Michael (Tanya) Kiesewetter of Covington; six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother. 

Mrs. Kiesewetter was a high school graduate and then worked for the Decker Processing Plant. Following her marriage to Louis she became a wonderful homemaker, wife and mother while assisting with the responsibilities of the family farm. She enjoyed cooking and following all sports particularly baseball. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. She will be remembered for her kindness and will be deeply missed by her loving family. 

A service to honor her life will be announced at a later date through the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mary’s name to Westminster Presbyterian Church, 325 W.
