The family announces with great sorrow the passing of Richard Warner Dampier at the Timmins and District Hospital on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at the age of 66 years. Cherished father to his 10 boys; Edward (Donna), William (Cheryl), Lawrence (Jen), Richard (Priscilla), Rob (Jen), Mike (Chrissy), Ben, Matthew, James and Johnathon (Gabrielle). Richard will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, his brother and sisters, nieces, nephews and many friends. He is predeceased by his parents Edward and Signe Dampier.<br/><br/>Richard loved music and classic cars; especially his 1964 Ford Galaxie. He was a proud man and a hard worker; he made a career in the elevator maintenance trade. He loved his family more than anything and made great memories travelling with his grandkids all over Ontario. <br/><br/>The visitation and funeral service will be held privately from the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home. Richard will be laid to rest in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Thessalon. In lieu of flowers, remembrance donations to the South Porcupine Food Bank would be appreciated. The funeral arrangements are entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.<br/>

Cherished father to his 10 boys; Edward (Donna), William (Cheryl), Lawrence (Jen), Richard (Priscilla), Rob (Jen), Mike (Chrissy), Ben, Matthew, James and Johnathon (Gabrielle).
