<p><em><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">&nbsp;</span></span></em></p> <p><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><strong><span style="font-size:20px;"><em>Due to the bad weather conditions on Saturday, January 29, 2022, the funeral mass celebration is being changed to February 5, 2022 at 11:15 AM</em></span></strong></span></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">Stanley Sierakowsi Jr., 70, of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022 at the Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy, NJ.</span></span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">He was born in Ely, England in 1951, he immigrated to The United States of America, in 1955, to be reunited with his mother&rsquo;s family here in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. After high school, he pursued college studies at Trenton State College, and Middlesex County College.</span></span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">Stanley was a very active member within the Democratic Party, thus, in 2019 he ran for a position in the Perth Amboy Board of Education; he always believed education was essential and highly important in the growth and development of our children. Also, for the last 20 years, Stanley was a proud member of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, a strong supporter of the unions, and always fighting for what is right and just.&nbsp; He worked as a supervisor, at the Middlesex County Transportation Department, in New Brunswick, NJ. Stanley was a great man, great friend and great Democrat. He will definitely be missed at the council meetings; constantly speaking up and defending the city he loved.</span></span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">He was predeceased by his father Stanislaw Sierakowski Sr.</span></span></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">Stanley is survived by his mother Maria Sierakowski (Nee-Glebocki), his 3 siblings;&nbsp;twin brother Marian Sierakowski of Perth Amboy, Anita and her husband Michael Golia of Iselin and Renata and her husband Robert Volkay of Colonia. And his 2 nieces and 2 nephews.</span></span></em></p> <p><em><font face="times new roman, times, serif"><span style="font-size: 14px;">A 11:15&nbsp;AM Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 5, 2022,&nbsp;at Saint John Paul II Parish, at St. Stephen&rsquo;s Church.</span></font></em></p> <p><em><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">Committal will be private. Stanley Sierakowsi Jr., 70, of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022 at the Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy, NJ.

He was born in Ely, England in 1951, he immigrated to The United States of America, in 1955, to be reunited with his mother’s family here in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. After high school, he pursued college studies at Trenton State College, and Middlesex County College.

Stanley was a very active member within the Democratic Party, thus, in 2019 he ran for a position in the Perth Amboy Board of Education; he always believed education was essential and highly important in the growth and development of our children. Also, for the last 20 years, Stanley was a proud member of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, a strong supporter of the unions, and always fighting for what is right and just.  He worked as a supervisor, at the Middlesex County Transportation Department, in New Brunswick, NJ. A 11:15 AM Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Saint John Paul II Parish, at St. Stephen’s Church.

Committal will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Saint John Paul II Parish, 490 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.

Arrangements are under the direction of Ana Maria Zevallos/Skrocki, Home for Funerals, 467 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.
