'Jesu my chief pleasure
Priceless pearl and treasure
Sunshine of my heart.
'Tis from Thee I borrow
Antidote for sorrow
Balm of every smart.
Having Thee O well is me;
But without Thee all my gladness
Turneth into sadness.
