Joseph P. Marcinov "Trapper Joe"<p>Joseph P. Marcinov "Trapper Joe", age 85 of Crown Point IN passed away Friday, January 7, 2022. He is survived by his wife Grace of 65 years of marriage son Joseph A. Marcinov and grandson Joseph Z. Marcinov and daughter-in-law Victoria Marcinov and sister Irene Holinga and many great nieces and nephews.</p> <p>Joe found the love of his life Grace where they got married in 1956 and shared their love for 65 years. Joe served in the National Guard from 1959 to 1965, he worked in Inland Steel for 32 years where he retired from in the early 90s. Joe loved the outdoors he started out as a kid trapping rabbits and small game later became a well known name in North West Indiana for predator animals like fox and wolf and made the cover of the Hammond Times TV Guide Jan. 1968. Joe also loved fishing for Muskie and other fresh water fish with doing taxidermy and making his own line of fishing lures. He will be missed by all family and friends.</p> <p>A private funeral service will be held at St. Matthias church 101 W.
