Sylvia Jean Ver Kuilen De Pere, Wisconsin Obituary

Sylvia Jean Ver Kuilen

Sylvia “Sylvie” J. Ver Kuilen, 72, passed away unexpectedly on January 22, 2022, at St. Mary’s Hospital. Sylvie was born July 24, 1949, to Sylvester and Mary Ver Kuilen who both preceded her in death. Sylvie worked at Community Bank, and Independent Printing. She loved spending time with her family, making big meals together, playing cards, and just being together. Sylvie was also known to have the itch to gamble through the years. She loved to buy and wear jewelry, especially rings. She also had a slight obsession with clothing. If Sylvie liked a shirt, she bought it in every color she could. In her earlier years, she enjoyed playing bingo with her mom and sister. She was an amazing daughter, sister, aunt, godmother, and friend to everyone who was blessed to know her. A very fun loving, kindhearted generous soul who always wanted everyone to be happy and taken care of. Sylvie is survived by her siblings; Phyllis Cavil, Yvonne Humblet, Rosella Van Duyse, and Antone (Judy) Ver Kuilen, as well as nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Elizabeth McKee, and Evelyn Clark. Brothers-in-law; Doug Humblet, Larry Van Duyse, James McKee, and Larry Cavil, as well as nieces, Mary Van Duyse, and Kerri Kirsch, and great niece Caitlin Van Duyse. Per Sylvie’s wishes no services will take place. She will be laid to rest with her parents at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Oneida. Ryan Funeral Home, De Pere.
