It is with sorrow in our hearts that we regret to announce the passing of Sheny Garcia, 70, of Chicago, IL. on January 19, 2022, of stage IV Hepatocellular Carcinoma (Liver Cancer). She is survived by her beloved husband of over 50 years, Heriberto Garcia, their two loving daughters Omayra Garcia and Yamil Garcia and dearest granddaughter Xiann. Sheny was a vivacious woman full of musical Saturday mornings when cleaning the house, and full of wants of travel that took her from Guatemala City to Chicago, IL. and from the Bahamas, all the way out west to Arizona, until her illness gave way. We are heartbroken, and although we shed tears, know her memory will live on, as we will carry her spirit with us, in our hearts forever. We shall find solace in the Lord's word and promise to us. Rev. 21:4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away. Visitation for Sheny will be held at Casey & Rios Funeral Home 4540 W. Diversey Ave. Monday, January 24, 2022 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted.
