We send you bittersweet news that Sister Margaret Mary Gibson '50, VHM went home to God peacefully on Sunday, January 16, 2022, into the loving embrace of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

A private funeral will be held for Sister Margaret Mary on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Due to the surge of COVID cases, the Sisters have made the decision to have a very private funeral for their safety and that of the entire community.

There will be a larger Memorial Celebration of Sister Margaret Mary’s life at a later date. The wider Visitation community will be invited to pay their respects.
