Sheila Rae Welsh (née Stein) passed away January 14th, 2022.  She was preceded in death by her husband Charles (Chuck) Welsh and is survived by her brother, Alan Stein and his wife, LaRee Stein, and cousins, nephews and nieces.  

Sheila was a loving wife, daughter, sister and aunt.  Her infectious humor and laughter always put a smile on other's faces.  She will be greatly missed and will live on in our hearts.  

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022 at 11:15 a.m. at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
